Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payment schedules, deposits, milestones, cancellation arrangements and refund eligibility should be specified in the signed project agreement or proposal.

Clients should submit cancellation requests in writing. The applicable agreement should explain how completed work, committed expenses, outstanding payments and deliverables are handled.

Refund requests will be reviewed against the applicable agreement and relevant law. This draft does not establish a blanket non-refundable deposit or guarantee a particular refund outcome.
